Please understand that we are a small campground and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on us. We understand that cancellations will occur and hope that you understand the impact on our business.

• All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid. No additional administrative fees will be charged. 

• Reservations may be rescheduled one time only, based on availability. Rescheduled stays must occur within the same camping season, before October 1st, and cannot be moved to a holiday weekend. All changes or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation start date.

• Deposits/Reservations are not transferable to another guest

• No Shows will be charged for the entire amount of reservation

• The balance of the reservation is due upon arrival and is non-refundable after check-in.
